If you choose not to provide some information, you may not be able to access certain features or parts of our Platform and Services.

• Identity and Profile Data – such as your name, date of birth, gender, username and password, email address, phone number, your interests, and any personal data contained in photos, videos, or audio recordings you upload to our Platform.

• To better understand our buyers and their preferences.
• To carry out automated decision-making or profiling in compliance with applicable laws, to enhance user experience and personalization.

Who We May Disclose Your Personal Data To

Buy2Enjoy does not intend to provide Services to minors and does not knowingly collect personal data from minors (as defined by applicable law).

By using the Platform you confirm you are above the age of majority in your jurisdiction and able to accept this Privacy Policy. If you are a minor, you may only use the Platform with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian.

Parents or guardians should not allow minors in their care to submit personal data to Buy2Enjoy. If a minor’s personal data is provided to Buy2Enjoy, the parent or guardian consents to the processing of that data under this Privacy Policy and accepts responsibility for the minor’s actions.

We are not responsible for unauthorized use of the Platform. It is your responsibility to supervise and control access to the Services and take steps to prevent misuse.
